Kirtan Leaders Reunion Retreat at Florence House

Dear beloved graduates,
I am happy to announce that for the first time we will be hosting a reunion retreat. Since 2016 I have trained 108, 200hr
graduates and 9 Immersion graduates and we would love to bring a rich core of you together to explore new depths in your
leadership skills and unite in a weekend of Bhakti.

I will be offering two masterclasses over the weekend and a deeper dive into the Poet Saints, we will have yoga classes,
delicious food and time to enjoy the coast line as well as quality time together catching up and practicing in bhakti groups
supporting each other’s growth. To top it all off we have a mini All Love Festival planned on the Saturday night for all who wish
to share new chants you have written or discovered, followed by a bonfire and a hot toddie (non alchoholic).As you can imagine spaces are limited so if you are feeling drawn by the stronger pull of what you truly love, as Rumi says, we
look forward to seeing you there.

Location
On the brow of Seaford Head, Sussex, sits our home for the weekend, Florence House; rock
solid in the wild sea air, surrounded by ocean and wild landscape in the heart of Seven Sisters
Country Park, only two hours from London.

Florence House is the haven for our chanting in every way she blows. With beautiful gardens, and sea views, and a 5 minute walk to the
beach we have plenty of space to practice, commune and relax. We will have home cooked food from Florence House’s chefs every day, creating many of our meals with produce from their very own garden. It is sure to be a special and nourishing time together.

Exploring dynamics, bhav and rhythmic inflection

13:30 – 14:30 ~ Lunch

14:00 – 16:00 ~ Free time for walks to the sea front (just 5 minutes), journalling etc.

16:00 – 18:00 ~ Workshop with Nikki : Exploring the edge of the Poet Saints

18:00 – 19:00 ~ Dinner

19:30 – 22:00 ~ Mini All Love festival for everyone to share their new favourite chant

22:00 – 23:00 ~ Fire pit and tea

Sunday
7:00 – 8:00 ~ Open meditation / stretching (optional)

8:00 – 9:15 ~ Breakfast

9:30 – 12:00 ~ Masterclass with Nikki: Mastering the wave of the chant. Riding the wave and building the journey.

12:00 – 13:15 ~ Lunch

13:30 – 15:30 ~ Integrating masterclass in Bhakti Groups

15:30 – 16:20 ~ Yoga Nidra with Lisa

16:20 – 17:00 ~ Cake & tea for the road!

Accommodation
Rooms have views over the sea or the rolling hills of the South Downs or the private gardens.

Guests will be separated into rooms of men or women.

There are trains every 30 mins from Victoria, change at Lewes for Seaford.
