A 12 hour Kirtan chanting celebration in aid of CRISIS is back for its 5th year running! All the Kirtan leaders Kirtan leaders will chant their hearts out for the homeless.
As the cost of living crisis continues, more and more people who’ve been living with the pressures of poverty for years are being pushed to the brink and into homelessness. It is simply unacceptable. And as the crisis continues into 2023, 300,000 households across Great Britain could be forced into homelessness. But when we come together, we can always find a way. CRISIS support people out of homelessness for good through education, training, employment and health. They offer one to one support, advice, and courses for people in 12 areas across England, Scotland and Wales.
Kirtan, the practice of chanting mantras from the Bhakti Yoga tradition is about connection and sharing with the intention of unity, love and gratitude. When we sing together we can experience inner peace, bliss and freedom of Self. Let’s send this energy to those who need it most.
Tickets allow access for the entire day. You can leave and re-enter freely.
Vegan food and snacks will be available to purchase in the refectory downstairs, provided by: Little Ginger
